i wanted to know if this was a good build for gaming.

i want to stay around $700. i have a mouse keyboard and monitor and an operating system

It's pretty good. I recommend getting a modular PSU though (maybe the EVGA G2 series?) and a CPU cooler like the Coolermaster Hyper T4 because you definitely want to overclock that 8320. And could you get a Corsair 300R? It has better airflow.

Also remember to follow your topics.

Get this instead! The RAM is faster and cheaper. The PSU is better. The GPU is better. Added 3 extra fans for your case. Hasn't increased the price by much either.
