Help about NZXT H440

I am going to make a new build.

 

My case will be NZXT H440, but can I place a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB PhysX CUDA in it? I could see something about that I could only have it, if I removed the HDD cages, but can you remove only one of the HDD cages?

 

Because the GPU´s  Product Size: 310 mm(L) 129 mm(W). 

 

H440:

GPU Clearance With HDD Cage: 294mm 

GPU Clearance Without HDD Cage: 406.2mm

You would probably have to remove ONE of the HDD cages. I'm planning on

getting the exact same card with the exact same case for my planned build.

Okay, so if I just remove one of the HDD cages, there shouldn't be any problems?

Yes it will fit. You wound only sacrifice one hdd spot

Yea, it would fit.

And you might as well remove all the trays you aren't using anyway, it'll help airflow
