I have seen a lot of people say that the CX600M is a low end PSU compared to everything else in my rig. Would upgrading the PSU help overclocking?

It's low end in the sense that it's not 1000W+ or top of the range like most other things in the rig, but it doesn't need to be.

Be careful about adding another GPU in for SLI though, I won't recommend that with that PSU.

no, its low end in the sense that its cheaply made and poorly built inside with 100% chineese capacitors....wattage has nothing to do with it...there are some 450w psu that are very high quality.
