Overclocking a mobile gpu. Is it possible?

I have an Asus g750JM laptop with an Nvidia Geforce GTX860m. I have plenty of cooling, my gpu never gets above 60 degrees celcius even under very heavy load. Is it even possible to seriously overclock a mobile gpu, or are the power supply and cooling going to not alow it?

@Daniel Paine You can overclock it with MSI after burner but I wouldn't overclock a mobile GPU too much, keep it a very light overclock.

@UltraNeonGaming I have never perfomed an overclock before and doing it on a mobile gpu kinda scares me. Would it improve my performance enough to justify overclocking?

If it's a very light overclock, No, not much of an improvement.

I don't recommend OCing your GPU especially when it's a laptop GPU and you have never OC'd

No problem if you can keep the temperatures under control.

I use MSI Afterburner to overclock/underclock my HD6770M since day one, still working wonderfully after 3+ years.

well i overclocked the GPU in my laptop omost 50% but i have a clevo with good cooling and its not a Ultra thin laptop so yeah you can but you will need to flash your GPU bios to get more then 135MHZ+ on core

Just remember to make sure your temps are good my laptop was not running hotter then 85C on the GPU on load. and clevo said it still fine for them even if its 92C throtting will only happen at 95C
