Even if you've made something like an app, you can say that you're self taught, and that you make apps or something

EDIT: you just said you were 12, wait a couple years, a lot will change

all the certificates are just bling and arent actually that educational

Let me guess, you dont have any certs?

Only somebody who hasnt even done the CCNA or A+ would say something so dumb.

well I kinda need it if I am to get  job in the tech industry as employers are like that.

You can easily study the CCNA at home. You dont NEED any physical equipment, but it would help. Even then, its only £300 or so to get what you need to complete the course. The materials would be availible either online or through a course at a college/university.

Im not sure about the A+, but I would guess its similar.

$300 is like 5 months of building and selling computers

Well you have to work hard to get what you want. Nothing comes easy so if it has to be 5 months of work, so be it. It'll pay off in the end. After all you're only 12 so you've got plenty of time before you can even be considered old enough to work part/full time.

Setup: i5 4670k @ 4.2 Ghz, Corsair H100i Cooler, Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB Ram @ 1600 Mhz, MSI Z87-GD65 Motherboard, Corsair GS700 2013 edition PSU, MSI GTX 770 Lightning, Samsung EVO 120 SSD + 2TB&1TB Seagate Barracudas, BenQ XL2411T Monitor, Sennheiser HD 598 Headphones + AntLion ModMic 4.0
