I'm really bad at remembering to plug my phone in so I personally prefer the idea of faster charging over longer battery life.

 

Usually 10 minutes before I walk out the door I realize my phone is dead, so I get about 25 minutes of charge with the drive to work. Phone dies around 10, I charge it for an hour or so over lunch and it sometimes makes it til 5, when I again forget to plug it in and my wife is pissed off because I'm not answering.
