Alternate: Good?

My question is, has anyone ever used Alternate - I've never heard of them.

 

What's their customer service like?

 

And they are legit right?

I always order at the dutch alternate,very good webshop,always on time with their deliveries and very good costumer service.

3 weeks ago my RAM died,i got a new set a week later,they tested my old RAM and kept me posted on what was wrong with it.

Never had any problems with them.

I've used it once and it SUCKS. They sent me (and others) USED things that don't work. In austria, their rating is BAD to VERY BAD.

 

I suggest you buy from somewhere else.

I bought my last upgrade from .de site. Really fast delivery but since I ordered abroad I had to do really much "paper work".

Never had any problems with them, but I haven't had a part die on my, so never experienced their costumer service, other than picking up my parts (it's only a half hour drive from where I live) and paying the bill.

Here in Germany Alternate isn't bad (quality wise or with service), they are just (way) overpriced. Paying 5-20€ more per item quickly adds up...
