Customizing full screen modes in Windows 8.1

Hey guys

 

Finally I have 2 HD monitors but I found a problem that I did not have before.

 

At single screen you can have 1 full screen application as you have 1 screen. that is simple enough

 

but at 2 screens why I cannot have 2 full screen app? 

 

it is more an inconvenience than real problem
