Is it possible to copy (an exact image) an Xbox 360 game, for example Halo 4 or Fable 2, burn it to a DVD-R DL and play it on my console with no firmware/software mods on the console at all.

As far as i can see this software here can do it but the only limitations would be the DVD writer I'm using

At present, only the following burners support this function: RICOH, BENQ, BTC, LITE-ON, LG and PLEXTOR. Other burners cannot guarantee successful burn.

Best thing to do is buy it from the market place and never have to worry

Marketplace is f*cking expensive I'd rather buy the disc, or get the games I can on steam

Why would you want to do that? I see no reason.

Clearly you weren't listening... BACKUP!
