I have this card: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-fx775aznp4

It is currently in a low-usage family computer (With an i5, it doesn't really need a graphics card). Would it be possible to get a similar card and crossfire it and get better performance than a GTX 650ti (another card I own)? Looking to run modern games at sub-1080p resolution. I assume the limited 1gb vram on both cards would cause some bottlenecking, but what do you think is the best option? It is going to be a gift for a friend. (Who has an AMD A8 computer, eh).

Thanks!

You can use another HD 7750 in Crossfire with that card, the performance would be about the same as a GTX 650ti, not really much better and micro stutter might be noticeable.

IMO you'd be better off using a single better GPU.

I guessed that, I will just save the 7750 for a HTPC build (since its a hell of a card).
