So I have a Zalman MZ215ED and i was wanting to get a stand for it and there are only two what look to be mounting points toward the top of the display. I don't know if they are vesa mounting points or something else. Any help would be great

afaik that monitor does not have VESA mounts. Just two mounting points is not VESA, VESA mounting points would be four arranged in a perfect square.

I can visually see the threading in the holes. I'm wondering if they can be used for mounting.

i would imagine so but they are not standard so you would likely have to make the mount yourself. I did see them in the pics newegg has on the monitor BTW.
