Contact your provider. Unless they report it's temporary due to maintenance or something you can even sue them for not providing what they offer and what you pay for

You have crappy wifi. Buy yourself a better router/access point.

Also more elaborated posts are good. These kind of topics where the awnser is obvious and where there is basically no important information in them (Such as the router you are using, the device/s that you are using on the network of said router) are pissing me off.

guys I need help I pay for 25 mbps and I get 2 or 0.80 or the highest 3 mbps I don't know what to do I reset it nothing but when I use Ethernet I get 27 mbps but when it comes to wifi I get shit 0.80 mbps pleas help I don't know what to do and I need help

I am fighting this issue as well. I have a new router, but the problem is that its only 2.4ghz. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but there is soo many people on random channels causing interference. You can use programs like inssider(you can find an older version free online) to see how many AP's are in your area and how many of them are ignoring the rules of WiFi. If there is a ton AP's then a 5ghz router will be needed, if not then a better router or optimizing your current router will fix this.

Also I like how many people went straight to bashing the ISP. Read the OP people.

You won't get advertised speeds over WIFI.  With that said:

What ISP do you have?

What is the up/down speed of your speed package?

What router do you have?

What modem do you have?

Clearly the problem is your router, if you get acceptable speeds while using ethernet.

Try powerline internet, which is a great alternative, or buy a 5GHZ (dual band) high performance router, such as some of Asus's offerings, like the RT-AC87U, or something like that.
