are the clocks right ??

540 is a weird frequency to clock down to. Download GPU-Z instead and show us a screenshot of that.

Try out GPU-Z.

 

540mhz seems really low isnt the clock supposed to be around 1.1GHz which if i remember right that should be what around 1100mhz

i didnt touch anything  just got in the computer, where do i get the boost turned on??

It's part of NVIDIA's technology. The card will automatically boost up when the thermals and power limitations permit it to do so.
