NT-H1, but it REALLY doesn't matter the difference in temps is negligible.

Most Paste are about the same with 1-3 degree difference.

 

CLU in the other hand can lower up to 20 degrees cel. But not sure about CLU only on the IHS/Block without de-lid.

 

but MX-4 is still pretty good imo.

I use Colgate Total Advanced. Keeps my cpu at a nice 90C in idle.
