What's the system being used for? 

Why a full tower? Are you planning to sli?

You need to update the motherboard's bios to use the 4790k. It's probably not going to work out of the box without one. 

Is the optical drive really necessary? That's an old ssd.. There are many better alternatives available.

Why high frequency TN instead of better looking IPS panels? What's with the vga splitter?
