You got a broken card 2 months ago and didn't return or RMA it? Contact the company and explain your situation.

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Im sure MSI has some sort of warranty scheme. try and look it up maybe you will find something. Make sure if you send it to them that it is in the condition that it came in.

Probably means the GPU, as in the HD4350

I would try your luck returning it to the retailer, but as you said it probably won't happen.

You shouldn't have any problem RMAing it :)

Then it's fine, you'll get a replacement. But you should possibly go to your country's consumer adisory board and file a complaint since it's been 2 months, which is entirely unacceptable. Unless you're in USA in which case I feel bad for you.

In case the moderators do not ban me as requested, this is a notice that I have left and am not coming back.

It's your property, if they aren't doing anything about it, take it back and RMA it yourself. It's a very straight forward process :)

Edit: sorry just read your post about bent heat pipes etc, that could complicate things a bit, but you should get in touch with MSI anyway and let them know whats going on, if they supply this retailer directly they should be able to sort things out fairly quickly.
