It's ok, I'd goi with a different cooling unit (h100i) since there might still be faulty units around. Go for a H105 or X61

Spec wise it is what I would do for the money, personally I would go for an air cooler but that is just me. 

 

The power supply is a bit overkill but if you are planning on adding another gpu in the future i don't see a problem with that. 

 

Also the rubber isolation fan mounts seem a bit pointless to me because the corsair fans you have in the basket come with rubber padding.

 

Do you really need an i7?
