Data Usage Limiter.?

I have a 256 Kbps 'Dial-Up' wireless modem. And my sister uses facebook a-lot!!!

She once depleted my 5 days of data in a single day.....!!! 

 

Is there any way I can limit the data usage? Like - When she has used 200 Mb of data, the connection will auto-disconnect...

Oh god that's really sad.

 

Perhaps just "ban" her mac address from connecting to the router? or just change the wifi password?

Ok, I have Windows 8 Pro, and I don't use Wi-Fi. And It is a USB wireless modem.....Dial-Up..

Use Netlimiter or Netbalancer

 

Shape her "Down/Up" accordingly to be able to browse, but not download a huge amount of stuff.

Allow her up to 50% data rates (12.8Kb/s) and it will be harder for her to hit the limits and keep the rest for yourself.
