Save up some more.. there's really not much you can do with $400.

I don't need much, I only need a PSU, GPU, CPU and a MOBO, I need to stay on this budget unless somehow money just randomly appeared. If you can help me feel free to leave suggestions or builds below :)

get a 260(X) instead of the 265 then.
