I'll be playing games such as:

Mincraft

Battlefield 4 (or games similar to it)

DayZ (Mod and standalone)

ARMA 3

CS:GO

GMOD

7 Days 2 Die

L4D2

How can I reduce the price of this computer so that it can still play those games?

you could defenitivly get away with only 8GB of ram 16 is quite useless for that.

change the h100i for an h80i or even just get an air cooler like a 212 evo.

get an normal non rgb keyboard and mice

thats pretty much all you could do to get something a bit better priced

My budget is as low as possible, and I'd like to play the games at around high settings.

ANY price reduction is needed.

do you mind color matching ? cus id make you a build with the same case and specs. but without window so I could make the whole thing a lot cheaper. also windows ? do you have it ?

Well, then why don't you pick list of parts that's not $1800 in the first place?

Like

http://pcpartpicker.com/guide/y2V323/800-gaming-build

Unlike yours, this doesn't include peripherals and as far as those go, I'd scrap the 'gaming' mouse and keyboard and go for whatever you have lying around or a cheap rubber dome keyboard and a $15-20 mouse instead if you're looking for value.

Drop the video card to a 770 or a 290.  That mouse is overpriced.  DO some more research for $60 you can get great mise.  On the headset, there is a non USB version for like $70.  HEre is a monitor same specs w? built in speaker i am using right now $120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824116649.  Power supply you can save like $30 if you get like silver instead.  Also you forgot a very important part http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204.  For the HHD get a WD black not blue.

your parts are outdated though...

In what way?

Do you think the 280x is not getting DX 12 support?

It'll be fine for the games he listed, he's not buying a monitor with adaptive refresh rates and I can't think of any other relevant features he'd be missing with that build.

Even if that does matter, making the build 'not outdated' takes bumping the GPU from 280x to a 285 or a 970.

Logitech and Ducky make good stuff. I think you are best looking at some reviews and see what best fits the type of games you play.

Here is an updated spec with the R9 290 and 8GB Ram. I also changed the Asus Monitor to the 24" one as it is currently cheaper (Until 26th Oct)
