I just wish there was an international standard for plug sockets as it's annoying trying to take adapters everywhere when you go abroad. Although it's unlikely that anyone could ever agree on a single standard plug socket.

and a (biased) self-proclaimed expert, that stepping on a US plug hurts more than stepping on a schuko one.
