Need help!

I need help choosing a power supply. Id like it to be at the least semi modular and be 80+ efficient. The estimated wattage is 413W. Budget for it is about $70 USD, anything less is great. Thanks for any suggestions

Keep in mind that PcPartPicker gives a very rough estimate.  For that kind of a build definitely get 600+ watts

Use this one if that is all the money you can spend toward a PSU

If you can save another $20 I would highly highly recommend going with the Cooler Master VSM (650)

Since you have a budget for $70, get the seasonic ssr-550rm. It's an 80+ Gold rated unit & costs $80.

If you want something cheaper, the CX-500 is okay.

Personally, I won't skimp on the PSU.

Edit: Since you're getting a non-K cpu, the H80i is overkill. Get the hyper 212 Evo.

A cx500m wouldn't be skimping much on the psu. The system would pull ~350w at load. 

The aftermarket cooler is a waste of money considering it's not really quieter than the stock cooler and that the cpu is n't unlocked for oc'ing.
