So earlier I posted about this earlier.  My friend is having screen flickering issues and she lives on the other side of the country.  Here are her specs:

I7-3770

ASrock H77M

2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz

120GB Samsung SSD

1TB Seagate Storage

Blue Ray Drive

Rosewill Black Hawk Case

XFX 550w 80+ Bronze PSU

Sapphire HD 7950 Dual X

CM XT3 Cooler

 

It seems to only happen during cold start ups and only in world of warcraft.  It's the only game she plays, not too sure how to isolate the issue.  We updated the driver from 13.2 to 13.4.  Still didn't seem to help.  But when she tabs out it goes away.

Could it have something to do with the refresh rate of the monitor or some colour setting on it.

I am thinking that, but why would it only act up under load?  She's using a dvi connector btw.

Where exactly in windows can I mess with it? Control panel > display?
