Which case is better?

Which case has better airflow and will be more silent? :)
Also looking for something that I could have great space/cable management in them (Which is either case I listed)

Please don't recommend cases to me, which one of these are better? Thanks in advance!

It's kind of hard to predict which one will be more silent (I guess they are somewhat the same), and I don't think that there will be much difference in airflow through the cases.

I'd put my vote on the NZXT Phantom for better airflow.

Not sure about noise, but I imagine they'd both be comparable

I can't speak for the nzxt case, but I have done several building with the CM storm scout and it is a solid, well built case and you shouldn't be disappointed by it :)

Sorry about that, but neither of those cases are meant to be silent, and it seemed to be important to you.  That is the only reason i recommended it.  

 

Other than the ascetics the 2 cases you mentioned are pretty much exactly the same when it comes to airflow.  If you want them to be quiet then you need to pick really quiet components to go inside it.

I'll get the Storm Scout 2, as for the cooling

I'll be replacing all case fans with Corsair SP120, so that'll be 6 SP120's in the case w/ a Fan Controller.

Should be fine. Also AF series fans are better for just moving air SP's are better on radiators or for going past a drive cage.
