Hold shift when launching firefox to launch it in safemode, see if problem persists.

You've probably already tried it but reinstall Firefox, also what version is it?

Ohh then I don't know, have you tried it on another PC with Windows 7, might be worth trying.

I don't have another computer with windows 7 unfortunately. I don't think this is a problem with windows 7. I can't find another person anywhere online who had the same problem.

I launched it in safe mode. It let me log in. Then I tried it regularly. It worked. Thanks!
