How would a Memory Stick Pro Duo fit in an SD card reader?

MaartenDekkers
Go to solution Solved by MaartenDekkers,

I have a Memory Stick Pro Duo and the Kingston MobileLite G3, but I can't get my pc to detect it. How should I fit it in there?

You can't AFAIK... An MSPro needs a deifferent reader... If you have a Sony device like a camera or a PSP that takes MSPro, you can use that to read the card...

The pins for the MSPro might be offset a bit... Not sure how those combo readers work...

I use one of these... It has a separate slot for MSPD and SD...

The are on the opposite side generally. Also that Kingston reader is really good. I really dont see the point of Memory Stick as it has the same pinout as SD. It's just Sony being Sony again... They have to realize what might work in Japan doesnt work well anywhere else in this case.
