1st time build, need help

My goal for this setup is 1080p 120 fps on low settings for bf4 as cheap as possible. I was leaning towards a AMD fx 6350 and a gfx sapphire radeon r9 280x. I don't know if this can reach 120 fps. Dose anyone have better ideas?

On low that should be fine, I'd see if you couldn't get a bit better CPU.

Why would you want 120fps?

Do you even have a 120hz monitor? (Pretty sure 120hz is near impossible to find anyways)

60fps is about the sweet spot.  why would you want to play with low settings when you can have medium or high?

research each component and you have to read the forum guide, and list the specs / requirments / location etc so we can make a good recommendation.

so many things to consider like form factor, budget, pref to AMD or Intel, AMD or Nvidia, location, use for the computer, all that kind of basic info helps everyone on here to respond and give a good recommendation and reply.

got to love Asus components
