SnapChat registration issue.

I have an issue and I was wondering if anyone's come across the same problem.

I'm trying to make a SnapChat account, but every time I try to pick a user name, it says Invalid Server Error and won't carry on. However, the user name I entered is no longer available the next time I try to set up an account.

It's rather frustrating. I have an Android phone, and I've tried it with both WiFi on and off.

 

Any ideas?

Haha, I've avoided most other things. I don't see myself using it but at least I can say I tried.

All I can say is that I had this same problem on my iPhone but I honestly can't remember how I solved it. Sorry.

 

Although I don't remember the username suddenly becoming unavailable.
