i would like some help with that

 

Just type "User Account Control" or "UAC" in search.

I'd advice against completely disabling the thing. Put it to lowest level so you won't get messages all the time but have some popups coming when software needs to change something in core systems. That should prevent some of malware mistakes while most will still be installed anyway.
