If you have a decent overclock, it (the cpu) won't bottleneck it. At stock clock it probably would though.

in most games yes it would this is very unbalanced you should look for core i5-4440 and r9 280X instead.

Watch this video, in games it will perform almost identical to a 4790k when overclocked but will perform horribly when it's not overclocked. So if you're planning to overclock the hell out of it, it will NOT bottleneck in games.

You will find the CPU bottleneck in any game that takes advantage of more than 2 cores.

Many games use more than 2 cores now. The G3258 is a great budget chip, but if you can afford an unlocked I5, that's what you should get for a gaming PC.
