Not that I can think of, might I point you towards the Enermax Magma Advance and an LED strip of some sort?

You could get a Bitfenix or corsair white led fan and the mod it...

Not really advisable to mod fans.

I say just get some enermax magma fans and an led strip as led strips give a way better lighting effect than led fans anyway.
