What freq, temp, and multi shud i us to oc my 6300 i have a 212evo 

Mobo: GA-990XA-UD3 / Cpu: AMD FX-6300 @ 3.4Ghz / Memory: 2x4 GB DDR3 1600Mhz patriot intel extreme masters


VGA: xfx HD R7870 2GB  / HDD: WD Black 1TB


Power Supply: Cx 500 Watts 80+ Bronze / Case: Corsair 200R / Cooler: Coolmaster 212 Evo

Overclocking is subjective to each individual CPU so copying someone else's settings are not the correct way to go about overclocking your chip. I'd suggest you start slow and even under-volt your system to find out if it clocks the same at lower voltages and then work your way up but do so by small increments. 
If I'm not mistaken I think Linus had an AMD overclocking guide.

Here it is. It's not for the Visheras but follow the same principles and you should be okay.

I would go for 4.5ghz, that I about whit I have got for builds with the same setup.

I would expect 4.0-4.3 GHz @1.4v. Still a great chip!

I got 4.5@1.375v with 212 evo, never bother going higher as they didn't need it to.

I got 4.5@1.375v with 212 evo, never bother going higher as they didn't need it to.

you are lucky i guess. 4.5 is more than enough.
