They are not modular and usually not 80+ Gold rated.

Not to burst your bubble, but there are plenty of 80+ Gold Semi-Modular PSUs.

Corsair CS

Rosewill Capstone M

Seasonic G

Seasonic SSR

Cooler Master VSM

Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 10

Bitfenix Fury

Enermax Revolution X't

Corsair HX

FSP Aurum

Thermaltake Evo

Thermaltake ToughPower

PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK. III

And these are just product lines. Far more if you count separate wattages, of which range from ~400W-1000W+ I was suprised by the amount myself. I may have to pick up one of those Fury units.

There's no negative really, besides the cables tend to bit a bit uglier, at least the non modular ones, although they do have the advantage of being smaller in size generally, as not all the cables are modular so certain parts don't need to be added to the internal PCB etc inside, making the overall size smaller. Certainly an advantage in a smaller case, or one with not much room, but other than that there's no positives or negatives really.

I may have been stretching the use of the word "usually".

Possibly :P

Is there any modular or semi-modular one without any color in the cables like the RM series ?

Take a look at Bitfenix's Fury line, they're all black sleeved. Semi-modular and a bit more expensive, but you get quality sleeving.

As for the flat cables, I know the HXi uses the same cabling.

I have considered the Fury line yes, the cables are decent but I'm so picky lol.

I also kinda want a black-grey no-color sticker on there.

I'll see

Let me just steer you away from the RM series. They're not bad supplies, but nowhere near what is expected of Corsair. They are using some pretty cheap caps on the secondary side.

I know that yeah, too bad there aren't any non-rainbow colored cable PSUs with a black/grey sticker.
