Temperature difference will be minimal tbh, unless you put the entire contents of the frigging tube onto your chip.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

what is the difference between mx-2 and mx-4?

MX-4 is ~3 degrees cooler. Nothing important. I have MX-2 but if you are buying new paste you might aswell get MX-4.

I know, thats why I provided the link to Tom's.  He can search for the Air stuff specifically.  That is what I had bookmarked.  And honestly, the temperature difference is not going to be much.  Its still the same TIM and its going to perform relatively the same whether it be air or water.  The difference is fractions of a degree.

I know, just messin' with you ;)

When it comes to reasonably priced TIM they are all so close together it virtually literally won't matter for 99% of the time.
