Yeah MSI Afterburner, just select to show GPU temp and CPU temp on the on screen display

An overlay temperature software for steam, It'll really help me to quickly press two keys to find out the temps of my cpu, gpu,and my HDD's or just the overlay during gameplay the is neatly tucked to the corner of the screen like the FPS counter on F.R.A.P.S.
