Anyone know if I would be able to connect the vizio s4251w-b4 5.1 soundbar with wireless subwoofer to a computer directly and get halfway decent sound? My Dell speakers are dying so thankfully it's time to upgrade some, I was also thinking about putting in a order for the mayflower Objective2/ODAC with RCA combo to use with it if possible for better quality... not only for it but with headphones that I still need to figure out which to get.

Unless you've got ground loops or something, Toslink won't do anything for you.

I wouldn't be able to with my current pc but once I get around to being able to put a new build together it might be. I saw that it had a usb connection so would that work ?  It's also what caused me to look into the mayflower option just incase I need it for connecting to or for overall quality.

Yes, that should work just as good as optical, if not better.
