Microsoft pulling down windows 8 videos

Today I stumbled across a video where this guy was talking about how he had his windows 8.1 review taken down by Microsoft.

Do you think its right for microsoft to do this? Is it fair for Microsoft to pull down legitimate reviews because of supposed pirating? Or is this just a way to get rid of negativity around the product? Please discuss below
