Opinion on 2 cheap laptops

Shoob

Hey, I'm a college student right now and I need a cheap laptop for my programming, web design, etc. I won't use it mainly for games, only Hearthstone and League of Legends from time to time. I chose this model (HP ProBook 455 G2) because it has aluminium chassis and doesn't look really cheap. In my country it's on sale right now for something like $360. Here are the specs:

AMD Quad Core A8-7100, 1.80GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, AMD Radeon R5

Also there is one Toshiba laptop, which is a little bit more expensive - Toshiba Satellite C50-A-176

Specs:

Intel® Core™ i3-3110M 2.40GHz,, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Intel® HD Graphics 4000

Which is better? Thanks for the help in advance. :)

I can't speak for the first one but I have a laptop with the same specs as the second one (but with 6 gigs of ram). It will run LoL and Hearthstone just fine. You'll probably want to get an ssd for it if you can though.

Also AMD has a bad rep for their mobile chips. Is this still true about their new Kaveri series?

Edit: Whooops, forgot to mention what the AMD laptop is - it's HP Probook 455 G2.
