surround monitors

Go to solution Solved by aidenrelkoff,

You could put them side by side, but I'm pretty sure surround requires the same resoultion / refresh rate

no u can run them all at once, but you may get tearing and studdering on the main one because it faster the the 60Hz. just buy 3 120's

Is it possible to have like a 144hz monitor in the center and 2 60hz by the side? (i have a single 60hz monitor now and i am planning on getting http://www.amazon.com/VG248QE-24-inch-LED-lit-Monitor-response/dp/B00B2HH7G0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1413260585&sr=8-1&keywords=144hz+monitor and probably another 60hz monitor in the future for surround gaming)

EDIT: Would i be able to fully utilise the refresh rate with a single r9 290x on games like bf4?

Linus said they needed to be the same refresh rate, I wonder if it changed since it was filmed like 2 years ago

They will all run at 60hz, it would be better to run all 120. Especially if you are a fps player. You don't need all the same hz to surround display.
