AMD FX 8350 (cooled by H60), MSI r9 280x, gigabyte 970a-ds3p, 750 watt RM, and a 840 evo ssd, 1x8gb ballistix sport, my computer will randomly stop responding when doing simple web browsing forcing me to reboot it, my temperatures are fine, my usage on my CPU and RAM are normal, could it be a network issue? I've checked task manager and nothing strenuous is running in the background, any feedback/suggestions will be greatly appreciated :)

I'd say it's a bad stick of RAM

Could be bad ram.

I'd suggest getting something such as a 2x4GB kit to test, and that way if it is indeed a bad stick of ram you still will have 8GB and it will be dual channel.
