1. don't get a titan black for gaming, get something such as a GTX 970 or 980.

2. don't get a i7 4960X for a gaming rig, get a i5 4690K or i7 4790K.

3. don't bother spending above $200 or so for a motherboard, above that its not usually worth the extra cost.

4. get an aftermarket cpu cooler, I suggest the 212 evo for air cooling, or the h100i or h110 for aio water cooling.

Specs: CPU - Intel i7 8700K @ 5GHz | GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Motherboard - ASUS Strix Z370-G WIFI AC | RAM - XPG Gammix DDR4-3000MHz 32GB (2x16GB) | Main Drive - Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 | Other Drives - 7TB/3 Drives | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro | Case - Fractal Design Define C Mini TG | Power Supply - EVGA G3 850W

I always find it entertaining to see teenagers in this forum spouting useless, meaningless hatred about the components other people have bought or are thinking of buying.

It's even more amusing when those same kid's drabble is backed up by their own profile showing that their components are older and more outdated than the ones they're making fun of.

Instead of dumping useless rhetoric into some one else's thread, consider being helpful and try expanding on your opinions by explaining how you came to that decision with meaningful anecdotes, statistics with a URL, or comparisons to another specific product.

People saying "this is just garbage" doesn't do anything except make themselves look childish.  It happens more often that it should.  It's a shame, too.
