LAN Center Builds

I'm preparing to create a LAN center/Gaming Center and I need assistance creating the gaming rigs. I don't really have a budget, but i'm not trying to go balls-to-the-walls extreme just yet. Should be able to do 1080p+ for the majority of games

 

budget/location - $2500 max/ USA

aim - competitive/enthusiast gaming 

monitors - single monitor, 1080p or higher, size doesn't matter

peripherals - yus plz, i have no idea what to get
