There is ways with Nvidia's different softwares, but I would personally just mod the graphics of the game with already existing mods (probably some for injecting MSAA as well ;) ).

I though Skyrim's default AA is MSAA. Also, There's no mod or injector that applies MSAA.

ENB Series does have Edge AA, Temporal AA, Subpixel AA, and Transparency AA. You can also use SweetFX's SMAA alongside ENB Series' AA. You can mix and match all 5 or use all of them if you're brave.

But you won't be able to use Skyrim's MSAA with ENB Series with deferred rendering enabled
