Looking for headphones..

Go to solution Solved by Sors,

Don't the 419 have plastic earcups instead of fabric like you wanted?

From the HD 4x9 line, the 419 have the heavier bass,  and that is also something you said you didn't want.

I had the 429 and they were pretty decent, if you can raise up your budget, the 439 are the only ones in the line to have a removable cable,  and given how thin the cable is, I would recommend going for that, IF you are set on a sennheiser headphone.

Hey guys, first new topic :P

I'm looking for:

no mic, I have a modmic 4.0

fabric earcups, not leather/pleather

closed back, don't wanna bug people next to me

somewhat flat frequency response (basically I don't want 90% bass, and 10% everything else)

preferably sennheiser, doesn't have to be.

under 100$ USD.

EDIT: forgot to mention I also want over-ear

I know what kind of quality I'm getting into with my price range, and I'm ok with that.

I was thinking about the sennheiser HD 419 (60$), but you guys got any better recommendations?

Mystery is the source of all true science.
