Watching 4k Video

Alright so when ever I try to watch 4k video it makes my PC lag and entire video lags like its running on 5fps

 

My PC is pretty decent and I don't think that should be problem

 

These are my PC specs:

 

CPU: AMD A8 X4 5600K, 3600 MHz
CPU Cooler: Stock
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 260X 1GB GDDR5 
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Motherboard: Asus A55BM-E FM2+
PSU: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500W
HDD: Western Digital 1TB SATA 3
Case: Cooler Master K350

 

If its not strong engouh how strong it should be?

And my connection is pretty good and even if I let buffer load it happens.

happens to me what is your speed test and what isp if comcast or time warner than use a vpn
