After installing my new motherboard, my computer seens to be slower than before, and the displays aren't as clear, why is that, do I need to download something for it, just lIke the graphics card, I use HDMI port for my new motherboard, and VGA port for my old motherboard

Yes.. reinstall the windows. and all the drivers for the Mobo+Bios update.

The blood on to your heart start pumping faster when you notice me.

Reinstalling windows would be the quick and easy, but if that's not desirable, make sure you've uninstalled drivers for the old motherboard and installed the proper up to date drivers for the new motherboard. I've switched motherboards on the fly without reinstalling windows several times and had no problems.

If possible try getting your hands on an unused drive and install a fresh copy of windows on that, if the fresh install has the same issues, that points to a bad motherboard or faulty GPU.
