if you have a corsair rm series or axi psu than yea otherwise yo need a hardware piece

Looking at your system specs you wont be using more than 480W after overclock and that is worst case scenario.

buy a kill a watt or a decent UPS that displays the current power consumption.

 

go with the UPS anyways if you don't already have one.

Software isn't really accurate for measuring power consumption. You'd need something like a Kill-a-Watt.
