Android bootloader: What is Charger screen enabled?

@VincentC Turning it on should put the charging screen back. I don't know what the default is though.

I flashed my OPO to the new 38r, but I'm now missing the charging animation when the device is off and charging.

My question is what is charger screen enabled, is the default for this false, and will making it true enable charging animations?
