Yesterday I bought a new computer, run prime95 test, all good, and when I wanted to shut it down it fails. It shuts down, and after a second or two, starts it self up. What can be the problem? Can I fix it my self, or do I need my warranty rights for this.

No change when shutting down on power button. To shut down the system I need to press and hold the shutdown button after it try to power up it self. It clicks in a try to power again and then loses power. Can it be the PSU not pulling back the power when shut down, or motherboard? Little update on topic, after i doscover the issue I updated the bios and nothing.
