Silverstone rep confirmed, ap181

Does it have ap181 or ap182?

Early samples show ap182, pictures on site show ap181. What Is it?

i would think the site would be more reliable for this than the early sample pictures.

Yeah... I'd just rather have the ap182.

Yeah... I'd just rather have the ap182.

AP182's are double ball bearings. DBB's are awful, they consume a hell of a lot more power though (above 1Amps) so you can't let the motherboard control it. Also AP182's are only in white atm. You gonna want to let the motherboard control the AP181's, can be a tad too loud at 700rpm and at idle (if the board sets it to 60% fan speed) they turn off so more likely a semi-passive thing like PSU's.

Ah OK. Ap121 has better speed control with the dial.

So you are saying the ap121 will be loud at lowest setting on 3 speed switch?
